These videos are short, 40 to 90-second clips generated by the VISSIM micro simulation program for Oahu developed by Dr. Panos Prevedouros and his students. The five examples shown, which are estimated to cost $50 million in total, by no means exhaust the possibilities for reducing in town traffic congestion.
